A very dark beer which is completely opaque, with a thick and creamy off-white froth. Very welcoming scent of dried fruit, herbs, spices and sweet malt. Rich body with a sweetish character, with a fresh hops bitterness and a lingering, acidic and rounded aftertaste. A very elegant porter!

Goes well with chocolate and raspberry desserts, but if you are feeling adventurous, try it with fried clams!
