Weltenburger Kloster Pils

Weltenburger Kloster Pils is a German Pilsner brewed according to the German Purity law from 1516. Welternburger Klosterbrauerei was founded in the year 1050 and is the oldest monastery brewery in the world. The location of the monastery brewery is along the German river Donau, near the beautiful city of Regensburg in the state of Bavaria.

Weltenburger Kloster Pils has a golden light color with a fine and thick white foam. In the aroma it has hints of malt, honey, light citrus, green apples and some herbs. In the taste, the pilsner is sharp, dry with a slightly bitter finish. Delicate carbonation. An elegant German Pilsner that is a solid representation of the style where every sip is a pure pleasure.
